Role Overview

We're seeking a Project Manager / Wildcard who will play a dual role in our growing company. On one side, you will manage the execution of multiple ongoing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on scope, and on budget. On the other side, you will support business operations by contributing to financial tasks, proposal writing, document preparation, ISO documentation, HR processes, and other internal initiatives that keep the company running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured project management, but also thrives in a dynamic startup-like environment, where responsibilities go beyond projects into the broader business ecosystem.

Reporting and Collaboration

  • Reports to the Head of Business Operations.
  • Works closely with technical teams, business development, and external partners to track and manage project progress.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Coordination:

  • Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Develop and track project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations).
  • Identify project bottlenecks early and implement corrective measures.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and needs to stakeholders and leadership.

Business Operations (flexible support):

  • Support financial processes (budget tracking, cost analysis, reporting).
  • Contribute to proposal writing and preparation of client-facing materials.
  • Assist in reviewing and maintaining company documentation.
  • Support ISO documentation and compliance processes.
  • Help coordinate HR tasks such as onboarding, policy updates, and internal communications.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to leadership.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting needs, helping the company remain agile and efficient.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience as a Project Manager in technology, energy, or infrastructure-related projects.
  • Strong experience in project execution, scheduling, and resource coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project.
  • Experience in risk management and issue resolution.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus but not mandatory.
